RV Site: $25.00 per night. $150.00 per week, $400.00 per month, for up to two persons. $5.00 a night for each additional person. 30/50 amp full hook up site including city water, septic hookup, free WIFI, picnic table with umbrella and satelite hookup for Direct TV users. Beautiful mountain view, multiple decks on Stoney Creek (stocked by state of Tennessee with trout). Pet friendly. Private. On site management laundry facility ($5.00 for washer/dryer use). Firepits in different locations on property, camp fire wood provided for free during your stay, and packaged camp fire wood for sale ($3.00 a bundle), if you want to take with you. Check in between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Check out is at noon. Credit card deposit of $50.00 is required for weekly or monthly stays. No refunds for late arrival or early termination. Check in between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Check out at noon. Photo ID and credit card required at check-in.
A two week cancellation required for refund of camp site deposit, but does not include Bristol NASCAR race weeks; no refund for cancellation for Bristol NASCAR race weeks, and Bristol NASCAR races RV site rental is per week.

Vacation Home: $125.00 per night (two night minimum), $700.00 per week. $10.00 each night for each additional person. One bedroom with queen bed, bath, two sofa beds, sleeps six. Central air conditioning and central gas heat. Full length size porch with bistro table/chairs. Bedroom overlooks Stoney Creek, sleep at night with the bedroom window open and let the sound of the creek put you to sleep! Feed the trout and watch them, or with a Tennessee trout stamp, fish for your dinner! Deck with benches directly on Stoney Creek, WIFI, Flat screen TV in livingroom with built in DVD/CD player. TV in bedroom has DVD player. Alarm clock/radio/CD player in bedroom. (Local channels only). Kitchen includes coffee maker and microwave, gas stove/cooktop. Unit is fully furnished with linens, cookware, etc. Laundry on premises ($5.00 for washer/dryer use).
NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO CHILDREN permitted in vacation home.

Two weeks cancellation is required for a refund for park home rental, except NASCAR race weeks, no refund for those weeks. A deposit of one night's stay is required for confirmation of reservations for park home ($125.00). A major credit card and a photo ID is required at check-in for park home. Check in between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Check out is at noon. A non-refundable damage deposit of $500.00 is charged to credit card if pets/smoking/children are discovered inside park home.

Beautiful Stoney Creek is stocked by the state of Tennessee with trout. Guests staying with us are responsible for their own fishing license.
We are 25 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway and directly on the "Strip-ed Snake" motorcycle route (TN state highway 91 north), through the mountains to Damascus, Viriginia, Boone, North Carolina or Bristol, Tennessee. We are also only seven miles from the Appalachian Trail and we are nestled between Watauga and Holston Lake.
Elizabethton offers a wonderful free car show every Saturday night From April 1st through October 31st from 4:00-800 p.m. downtown. Sycamore Shoals State Historic Park on Hwy 321 offers many events during the year. Damascus, Virginia, just a stone's throw from us, offers a multitude of bicycle trails and bicycle shops. Appalachian Trail is close by as well as Holston, Watauga and Boone lakes. Motorcycle enthusiasts will enjoy the ride on the Strip-ed Snake . We're only 30 minutes from the NASCAR track and it's a scenic drive!
